Shipping cost may vary, it depends on the country and the possibility to put “track & trace” on your shipment. If you choose not to use track & trace we are not able to follow the shipment proces.

If your order is packed, it will be delivered within 1 day at PostNL. In general, your order will be delivered to you the next week. We follow the shipping process for you when you choose “track & trace” in the shipment possibilities.
Oh no, damage …
We pack your order with care. A sturdy letterbox package protects the product. If your order has unfortunately arrived unusable, take a picture of it and send it to email@example.com. We look for a solution together with you. If the package is seriously damaged during transport, do not accept the package but return it. We do not return an opened seed package and we do not reimburse it.
